New Managing Director at LUKAS-ERZETT with an international background<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

As of February 1, Ms Isabel Noll has taken over the commercial division of LUKAS-ERZETT GmbH & Co. KG. Together with Mr Thomas Polinski (technical division), she now forms the new management of the Oberbergisch district-based tool manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms Noll brings with her not only an abundance of international experience, but also a wealth of knowledge about the LUKAS Group. Ms Noll has been working for the globally operating company for 30 years. She joined LUKAS-ERZETT in Engelskirchen in 1992, first in the sales department and then later as management assistant. In 1998 she took up the position of Financial Director in Johannesburg, South Africa. In 2007, during a difficult transitional phase, she became the sole managing director there and successfully guided the LUKAS subsidiary through extremely challenging political and economic crises, achieving record results along the way.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Backed by these successes, Ms Noll is now switching to the management board of the entire company. In line with the company\u2019s values, Ms Noll wants to consolidate LUKAS-ERZETT\u2019s position as a reliable partner. \u201cOur main focus lies in exceeding our customers\u2019 requirements and those of the market in order to grow together with the customers,\u201d emphasises Ms Noll. \u201cLUKAS is successful and very strongly positioned. I want to build on the successes. I look forward to working with my colleague Mr Polinski and our employees to expand the LUKAS brand worldwide even further,\u201d continues Ms Noll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A special focus will therefore also be placed on the growing together of the global LUKAS Group. \u201cWe can learn much from one another if we encourage a greater sharing of information between the subsidiaries and our headquarters in Engelskirchen, and if we use synergies to enhance the quality, functionality and service with regard to our products,\u201d explains Ms Noll. Our new modern corporate design, the LUKAS head, stands for progress and innovation, and in particular for the people behind the products. I would like to bring the best out of our employees and encourage them to think in new directions so that we can continue to live up to the aspiration NEXT LEVEL SOLUTIONS at all times. True to Mandela\u2019s maxim: \u201cThe most difficult matter is not so much to change the world as yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shareholder families are in full agreement: \u201cWe have known and held Ms Noll in high regard for many years, and we trust her without reservation both personally and professionally. We are absolutely convinced that she will form a very successful management team with Mr Polinski,\u201d say in unison Stefan Lukas and Dr Sebastian Salm, who represent the shareholder families on the advisory board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
