Study on innovative brands that significantly influence their innovation fields
LUKAS-ERZETT honoured as “Germany’s Innovation Leader 2021” in the grinding and polishing field
LUKAS was named innovation leader in the field of grinding and polishing by the F.A.Z. Institute – a subsidiary of the renowned FAZ (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung) in cooperation with Prognos AG. With 933 points, we occupied first place ahead of every other company in this category.
The study “Germany’s Innovation Leaders 2021” measured the brand’s impact on other market players (leadership) where innovativeness and novelty are concerned. This analysis was based on patents already filed by the companies and their patenting opportunities over the last 10 years, and gives an extensive insight into their research activities.
Finally, those companies which, as pronounced innovative brands, have a significant impact on their respective fields of innovation were chosen. For each field of knowledge and technology, those companies that were cited by other companies with an above-average frequency, and thus made a significant contribution to shaping the corresponding field, were deemed to be German innovation leaders.
