The LUKAS diamond cutting disc VDC is suitable for nearly every cutting job on the building site and in foundries. The coating has been vacuumed brazed, owing to this innovative process some 60 % of the diamond grain will project from the bond and are thus directly involved in the grinding process the result is a very open sturcture and an unequaled aggressiveness. The VDC diamond cutting discs eliminate the need for complicated tool changes. The performance remains intact. The cutting process is faster, cooler and there will be no dust or smell as is inevitably the case with wear of resin bond cutting discs as the diameter of the diamond cutting disk will not be reduced even big work pieces can always be cut with a constant cutting speed and with high reliability in a direct comparison with conventional cutting discs the lifetime of the VDC cast is 100 times higher.
