Description

The innovative “U-Edge Pro” fillet weld grinder from LUKAS offers a revolutionary solution for the precise grinding of fillet welds. This makes the use of grinding and lamellar flap discs for processing weld seams superfluous. In contrast to conventional grinding tools, the grinding surface is not on the flat side, but on the edge of the disc. The special U-shape of the tool makes it possible to work on small areas as well as on the tightest corners and edges for precise and pinpoint grinding results with a long tool life. Whether for grinding over fillet welding seams, grinding of corrective welding, for cleaning, paint stripping or visual optimisation: the radial abrasive surface on the disc allows the application on almost any welding seam. Thanks to the multiple layers of twisted abrasive cloth, this innovative tool always offers you consistent results down to the last abrasive grain. Additionally, the integrated edge protection prevents any damage of the workpiece when machining welding seams.
